Determining the resonant point of a loaded indoor dipole with limited resources

Since I am in a hotel room I have limited capability to trim an indoor loaded dipole I have built to resonance on the 40M QRP frequency of 7.030KHz.

On hand I have a the following

1. A 1.5Watt Transceiver tunable on the 40m CW band
2. A Balanced Line Tuner with built in SWR indicator using an LED
3. A 100 OHM 1/4 watt resistor
4. A Sharpie pen
